My husband and I are in our mid-80's and our kids finally convinced us to get a handrail down eight concrete steps to... our sidewalk. My son contacted Re-Stair to come out and give us a quote. Steve arrived a few minutes before our appointment and with his help decided on a wrought iron handrail. After that Joe Fleece, the welder who would do the job, was our contact. Joe came out to discuss what we wanted. He measured twice to make sure everything fit. I highly recommend Re-Stair if you are wanting professionalism and quality work. My stairway was no easy project based... on it's shape and size, but they met the challenge perfectly. They were able to match the stain of my discontinued previous flooring, and it flows beautifully with the rest of the house. Their painters and deck flooring group also made the siding look newly installed, and sealed the three thresholds perfectly (two which went into carpeted rooms). If their price is slightly higher, they are worth every penny to have it done in a day as well as what I received with the end product.read more
